You can use your NHS account to ask for or view your test results online.

You will need the NHS app or your NHS account login details.

Contact the surgery using an online form

We will respond within 5 working days.

Contact the Surgery by Phone

Our results line will be closing with effect from Tuesday 3th June.

If you do not have the NHS App and/or if you are unable to request results via our website, please call the surgery to book a telephone appointment with a GP.

Please note that  your call will not be answered by a clinical member of staff. If you have any questions relating to what your results mean, you will need to speak with a GP.
