Self-Diagnostic Area

The self-diagnostic area in Reception can be used at any time during our opening hours without booking.

It is currently set up to enable patients to measure their own blood pressure, height and weight to assist with improving patient care and keeping patient records up to date. 

Please complete the form provided in the self-diagnostic area and hand to Reception so your results can be added to your patient record.
